why would we need a section that won't even be active.. just submit your suggestions in the server issues section? and if you're buying points or ssrp cash for a specific server, then put it in the correct section. But then why should we have 4 different sections that we could place our topics in, Why not have 1 section where everything goes as it'll look the forum more nicer and profesinal. Right now it would be beneficial as we could put like ideas, our own models etc in the said section.

I personally don't see the need of this being added.

The pointshop is common between all of TTT, DR, SURF, and BHOP. If someone wishes to trade he can simply make a post in one of those sections stating "Trading Points" or something along those lines; there isn't a lot of posts for point trading anyway, no need for a whole section just for that.

As for suggestions, they are meant to go in the Server Issues/Suggestions section. There aren't much suggestions for Pointshop made, and according to what I've seen before a pointshop meeting takes place, which has no set date I assume and isn't weekly, there is a post made by the CM Team asking for suggestions and such.
