Before you say that the server will die instantly, please read through and enjoy!

What is Jailbreak?
Jailbreak is a gamemode on Garry's Mod in which you have 2 different teams, the prisoners and the prison guards.
The prisoners should try any possible way to kill the guards in order to rule the prison. They can play using many different tactics and using their creativity, which makes this game mode so special.
As for the guards, they should maintain order in the prison and make sure that the Warden's orders are followed.
The Warden’s job is to indicate what the prisoners should do during the day. They can be ordered to do humiliating acts or play games that are already built-in the map or customly made by the Warden.

Why Jailbreak?
Jailbreak is a fun gamemode that has many mini-games included in it. It relies on creativity to escape the guards and good tactics to keep order over the prisoners. We believe that this gamemode suits the ZARP player base and that they would enjoy playing this.

Who would run and who would develop the server?
The server will be run and developed by Hazzenator and myself. We will have a starting staff team and will be looking forward for people to apply for the server.

What will make this server better than the others?
The gamemode is the regular jailbreak gamemode, customized to make it a ZARP custom. It will have a different HUD and scoreboard as well as will include the following: Pointshop, Rank System, XP System, Special Knives and more!

What maps are going to be there?
We are looking forward to having different maps for the server that will be changed using the rtv voting system. Some of the maps that we have thought of are the following:

• Jb_jail_ultimatum_v1-1 (steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=159378244)

We will of course be looking to add more maps if this were to happen and we will take suggestions on things for the server and maps!

How do we know that the server is going to be successful?
Most of the popular jailbreak servers are based in the USA, at peak time they get up to an estimate of 30 players/their max slot, according to gametracker. There are servers from other regions such as France and New Zealand which are popular as well and get a good amount of players.
If the server had the right owners that are dedicated and keep on bringing updates to it, and will the help of the community, it will be as successful as those.

What is our job as players?
We want to see what the community thinks! So please, feel free to reply to this post with anything related to the topic that can be helpful. Be it opinions, facts, or questions we are more than happy to listen or answer!

Keep in mind that this is not official yet, we are taking the community's opinion on this, and if we see that the players want this to happen we will try our best to make it so.

Sure. Jailbreak is fun in general and these guys have thought almost everything. I don't know about you guys, but i would be playing on this server a lot. Also many people are playing Jailbreak so i guess this server is not going to be a complete fail with the help of the Community Team and the whole community in general. You touched me with this thread Roy. Mabye that sounds weird but i have put 800 hours in another server and only played jailbreak on there. The server was very high ranked and i was an admin there. The owner could not handle it anymore and the server got shut down. After that i missed it a lot but i found my place here. The map that you used give me the best memories so thank you for that. I hope this is gonna happen. I am sure i will help the server out and do the best i can to keep it alive. Thanks for reminding me of the great past i had with this game mode Roy!

Roy, you would have to think about meeting times aswell as it would work like our other servers. I have never played the gamemode myself but it seems like a good idea. If this comes through, you and Hazzenator would have to come up with TS icons, meeting times and staff teams. Yes we are quite aware of the Annie, but before we go deep into details we want to see the player base. We have many things planned already but before thinking of meeting times and TS Badges we need to see if this would be a successful server and get the acceptance from the community team to have this server up. The stronghold server was just me offering help to sorle prior to this being an idea which coutinroy and I discussed. I prefer Jail Break so will be working primarily on the gamemode and server if this was to go through. I play Jail Break alot and I would love to see one on zarp which is why I joined with coutinroy and I am hoping to see it go through!

I will still help sorle if asked, but this will be my priority.
