TOPIC: [TTT] SERVER SUGGESTION Warns matched with report

Suggestion Title: Warns to be matched with reports & Damage logs.(In !warn so it can be checked at a much later date)

How would it benefit the server:
1.If a warn appeal is made it would be much easier to figure out the problem if we had the report.
2.If staff or user wishes to see why the warns are there.

Potential Issues/Exploits: If the report is reported in the next round the logs will not be there.

Additional notes:
This would make it much easier to deal with appeals.

You can just look at the round the report was made and go to the logs of that round. It only takes a few clicks so it's not worth going through the effort of adding.

This makes no sense you have the logs?
