TOPIC: [SSRP] New Map?

Server 2 needs a change...

I think the map change should be Sever 2, Evocity is just fine the way it is and Downtown is popular. To be honest, the server 2 map should be changed.

I don't think you guys get why I want a server 3 map change. It's awful for the game engine due to how badly optimized it is, and the bugs on the map too just ruins the role play. Server 2 is already under some map editing so why does that need a change when it's already under the works? Regular players only play server 3 for the elevator basing, nothing else. It's all just in spawn people role play around meanwhile the other maps have more diversity as to where you can base.

My pc gets shitty fps on s3 with tiny amount of players but gets loads on s1 with 70+ players

I do like the sound of a new map as it may fix a few performance issues players are having and it will also put an end to these OP elevator bases.

Would like some more opinions on this

I definitely would love to see a map change but id rather have it on Server 2 ( Get EVILMELON back on it!)
As the Server 3 map is as far as i know pretty popular and many people love playing on it. But every time i check Server 2 there are like 10 players on it. I think a map change for Server 2 would help a lot!

I agree, server 3 needs a new, smaller, map.

Sgt.Sgt's optimization has never been superb; we have better options to choose from.

I'll compile a list of maps that I think would be appropriate, and share them here.

legit evocity is shit and only to launch a nuke or make money

Some friends of mine from facepunch have made some really well optimized maps, however, they may be a little too small. (I personally recommend no more than 64 players per server.)

RP_Locality Very small download, it won't have room for many cars, if any at all.

RP_EastCoast_v4b Small download, he updates the map every 6 months or so, this map has more space for cars, but the map is still small.

Lowering the max player count from 90 to 64 will significantly improve server and client performance. Please consider this!

S2 Should be changed as its actually played, change it back to evilmelon plz.
