Suggestion Title:ZARP Notifications

How would it benefit the server?:

This image is just to better introduce the suggestion, nothing is final and if accepted this will obviously be designed by the developers.

I believe with this notification systems, players will become more integrated with parts of the forums that interest them. Also, players will be able to get notifications from the following:

• Someone Quoting them
• Replying to your topic/post
• You get a thank you on your post

Another Idea I integrated with this, is you have the ability to follow certain categories. When a post is made, you'll get a notification on the forums about it. This could be useful in a lot of ways, some examples I'll post below.

• You're a staff and follow the Report Abuse and Ban Appeal sections.
• You're a user and are interested in a certain category.
