Suggestion Title:Bring back Day&night cycle!

How would it benefit the server:It would be awesome as I remember making casino that close at night, or going on raids at night and it looks much cooler maybe have some street lights here and there

Potential Issues/Exploits:maybe lag for low end Computers

Additional notes:Would love to see this back!

MAKE ZARP GREAT AGAIN!
