Suggestion Title:
Sharing Topics

How would it benefit the server:
You would be able to share gang threads with higher members in gangs so that it doesn't have to be only the creator that edits the thread. You could also do this for other sort of topics such as ones that you just want to share with friends that dont want to reply but add.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
I only see 1 potential issue which is that once people are added they might be able to add random people so it should be that only the creator can add and remove permission.

Additional notes:
It would greatly help out big gangs that need more than 1 set of hands on there thread or even just normal topics in which you would like your friends to have access to editing.

I dont know about coding and what not so im not sure how much work it would take but it surely wouldnt be that small of a gain, it would stop gang threads being left behind by owners who have either left or been banned to allow the gang to keep functioning and for it to not be forgotten	Sada.
