Suggestion Title:
Squad/Party System

How would it benefit the server:
You could whitelist certain players from effects, instead of only gang members being affected by. Things like the m303 heat seeking feature would extend to them as well.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Depending on what gets implemented with this, quite a lot.

Additional notes:
This would be basically be a small system that would allow people to join and leave a squad. This squad would be dissolved once the leader disconnected and individuals will be removed once they leave.

This also could be combined with other features such as marking squad members in game via a HUD element, keypad/door access and sharing of details like HP/Armour to only other squad members (With a buffed medic that'd be rad).

It could also help players know when a raid is actually over, and when they're just bullshitting (un-involved Staff could check the squad's status)

Something like this is not hard to implement, and could provide good groundwork for extra features.
