There is no reason for users to "Support" or "Unsupport" as this will only affect staff members.

The admin chat is used "appropriately", at least from what I've seen.

In cases where it's strictly related to staff duties, common examples are:

• Yo [staff name here] have you handled the report on

  ---

• What do you guys thinks about [random bloke]'s 12 recent warnings? should he be banned?

Both of these I have witnessed in game, and other times its simply just casual friendly chatter between staff.

Cases where someone spams the staff chat with incoherent gibberish is a different ball game, but I am yet to see this kind of issue.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with having some banter in the admin chat. It's normal and happens on all the servers. It's makes the lives of admins better and they can have some fun with other admins. There is no need to make it 100% serious and staff related.

Can't be just me who is perfectly fine with banter and discussions in the admin chat. The only time it is classed as misused is when you start arguments to other staff members and if you're giving away in-game information (Otherwise known as ghosting).

Banter in the admin chat is perfectly fine, That's how staff basicly bond with each other. I don't think it'll be beneficial if you need to be serious all the time.

As long as the chat is kept within reason it should not be a problem

To be honest, the admin chat is fine as it is. Staff members can say jokes and talk about non-serious stuff cause why not? There's no need to make staff feel like they are in a class and they should not say anything that doesn't have to do with the lesson or else the teacher will put them in detention! That's ridiculous. In my opinion staff should be spoken to only if they are ghosting, being racist or spamming in the admin chat. Not because they made a joke so other staff can laugh while working. Staff members join the server to relax after school/work. Let's not make them feel like they are in a class/office again...
