I agree to be honest, but think about it - you really need something and someone refuses to give it to you, might be a bit annoying.

Another addition might be - if you lose something, you have to refund 0.5 of the item's price (might be a bit harsh, but might be helpful too).

This wouldnt work as prices are set by the players.

Maybe a deposit before hand and when you holster it the money is refunded like the auction house
