That on the other hand would have sense as you know everyone on the other end of that radio correlates with you in some way unlike some random Guard who has joined and dosen't know what hes doing while you're trying to guard a shop

There would be that one 6 year old squeaker who would just hold down the mic button with his shitty mic which is shoved up his ass with a background of a hoover or something and that would completely ruin your police experience unless you could customize the radio to mute that person, calling an admin would take at least 5 minutes and by the time that would happen you would already have quit because it makes your ears bleed.
