This is an interesting topic. The idea seems nice and I don't doubt that it would be a fun time for the players.
However...
-The Staff problem: Since the Death Team is going to be all made out of staff members, does that mean that some of the stafff members can't participate on the Tournament? I would totally join it if I could, but would I just be stuck in the Death team?

-The winning system: How would the winning system actually work? Would it be determined by how many wins the players get? What if the Deaths are just too good and they struggle a lot on winning, remember that we're talking about 10 people winning 1 map. We'd have to extend the map duration but even after that it would be hard to decide the winners.

-The Leeching: People were gonna be leeching left and right, since their chance to win is highly increased if 30 out of the 35 players died, for example. Heck, some maps don't even have enough traps for 35 players, so leeching would be a viable strategy.

Verdict: It seems like a fun idea and we can pull this off if we fix a lot of the problems that come with it. We'd have to think this carefully so, for now, I'm gonna stay

Well let me explain it
i mean to get it public we just need an guy wo is streaming the whole tournament (For the players they dont in the tournament or cant play in it)
-vote/bet system where can player's can bet on the player's in the tournament and win a bit points too

We will draw the staff members that will do the deaths. Because only the runners are the player who partecipate at the tournament, so the deaths can't win. I wrote all this rules to make easy the creation of the Tournament. If the staff is willing to put new functions...( i will write later another way to nominate the winner)

This tournament thing is expanding into such a mess and should be kept simple.
How are you even going to execute this tournament?

I have no knowledge of server hosting, but with what you said here:It's not worth it.

Look over your idea and change it.
