Suggestion Title:
Remove Bloc42

How would it benefit the server:
The server currently doesn't function and is not an enjoyable experience for anyone, so removing the map would be greatly beneficial.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Nil

Additional notes:
As we all know the map is appalling, and is unplayable for many. The map doesn't work and is poorly optimized. We need to change the map to benefit the community and attract new players. Currently the map ins't welcoming to new players and they sometimes cant even leave spawn. Just do the right thing and remove the map!

The map really doesn't work as many have said in-game and they feel that it isn't playable, personally I don't see the point in having the map if you can't play it and users don't enjoy the experience. The map inst functional for Zarp at the moment and needs to be changed, people cant play the server and it regularly crashes, meaning again it is unplayable. Since the map has been added I have received complaints of f multiple users who feel that the map needs to be removed.

Many people may argue that we need to give the map some time, but considering that the map doesn't function correctly then there is no reason to have the map. Some people like this map because it has a nostalgic factor, but you should think on terms of the server and consequently the community. SSRP is currently the biggest game mode at Zarp with the highest amount of players on the servers.

This map was used for ZARP for a while before and everyone loved it. The only reason why people don't like it now is because it's not shitty generic downtown that everyone knows and loves. The community voted for it (48%) so clearly it's wanted by a lot of people and obviously it's not going to be as optimized as it once was. ZARP has gone through a lot since it's transition to downtown so there will be bugs.
