Server Name: SSRP.

Suggestion Title: Changing a rule about NLR for cops at the PD to make it clearer.

How would it benefit the server: It would make players aware of how the rule works.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: Currently, the rule about NLR for cops at the PD is this:

- You can break NLR ONLY at the PD.

What I'm thinking is changing the rule so it looks like this:

- You can break NLR ONLY at the PD building. This means that NLR applies in the area around the PD, so you can't interact with anyone around it.

This would make it much clearer for new players reading the rules for the first time.

I am aware that most people know, but there are some that don't (e.g me) and this would be easy to add, as they could just copy and paste what I suggested into the rules, and it would make it a whole lot clearer. I think that new players to the game don't often read the rules as there are so many I have had a few questions about nlr with police etc. and with mutants and there nlr I also think it would be best to shorten them and use examples if they don't read them when they play they would have no excuse
