TOPIC: [SSRP 2] Bail NPC Issue

Server Name: SSRP 2 (Evilmelon)

Suggestion Title: Fixing known bug with Bail NPC.

How would it benefit the server: It would decrease amount of bails that wanted people are using.

Potential Issues/Exploits: No.

Additional notes: You can use Bail NPC on Server 2 from every single distance as video on the bottom shows. People can simply be in a jail and use Bail NPC.

FIX IT! Fix it gooooood.

I tried it and it actually works.
I was surprised, this needs to be fixed.

Seen as this is kinda of a urgent fix ill speak to emp, dcx or chute one of the brains and see how I go about moving it.
