Thats by design, one of those rewards are for VIP players only and the other requires you to be the top player.

Noooooo... Ok thanks for letting me know one is V.I.P. But the other dosen't work m8, gat top player one the server, then come back to this thread!

All of them work for me.
Karma when i'm third, health boost, +100 pointshop points or karma when i'm second, and all of them when i'm first.
