TOPIC: [SSRP] Gang Upgrade suggestion.

While playing the game with members other gang members we though of a few gang upgrades that could be very useful.

Suggestion #1
Server Name: DarkRp
Suggestion Title: Discounts?
How would it benefit the server: Buying this upgrade (most likely for a lot of money) will give you a discount when buying things such as printers such as a 5% discount for buying the printer and its upgrades.
Potential Issues/Exploits: Ruined economy

Suggestion #2
Server Name: DarkRp
Suggestion Title: Printer Upgrade?
How would it benefit the server: Buying this will mean the gangs printers will work a tiny bit faster like 1-5%, I think printers are fast enough so maybe this should only be used for uranium units. With the upgrade more players may focus on printer uranium within the gang instead of buying it constantly and players will focus more on basing to print money instead of crafting items to sell.
Potential Issues/Exploits: Not sure.

How would it benefit the server: Buying this upgrade will mean gang members either get a few extra rounds in weapons (this was mainly decided for craft able weapons) or even an extra mag.

Suggestion Title: Gang Radio?
How would it benefit the server: Buying this upgrade will mean while using the "radio" you will only communicate to other players in your gangs. This may be an item that you have to hold and then if you use your mic or type it will only talk with other gang members.
Potential Issues/Exploits: Not sure

Suggestion Title: Gang Levels?
How would it benefit the server: Your gang has 10 levels which it can rank up. Maybe from killing rival gangs, or buying it with money. Each level the gang will be given something extra e.g. printers, coolers, weapons and so on.
Potential Issues/Exploits: If its killing other gangs possible increase in RDM.

great ideas the uranium printer is so slow could do with it being a bit faster

The other two ideas -may- be feasible, but the first one is just not ideal as it will ruin the economy and endorse self supply.

Yeah i guess so. Id say the second one was the one I was really going for but two other people suggested the others. And i guess with suggestion 3 that would only be needed with craft able weapons since you can holster weapons and get the ammo back.

I agree we need some more gang upgrades as some of the larger gangs are starting to use all the gang perks like Tommy and extra Armour etc. What about Gang radio, Basically once your gang buys it the whole gang is given a special radio function that lets them communicate to other gang members with their mic.
The Global radio function is used on loads of other servers for the police etc but maybe it could work for gangs, Would make raids and organizing the gang so much easier then having to type all the time.
It also wouldn't be hard t add to the server as theirs various codes already out for this.

Maybe add a gang militia where you can upgrade it to level 10 and you get an item for the gang shop every upgrade like gang printers gang coolers gang boosters for health or speed so on and forth

They all seem like good idea but I think that the best one is the levelling because it would just give people that are a part of a gang more challenge. In general I think any new gang upgrades so long as they are not able to be abused or exploited are good because at the minute gangs are getting to the point where the money just goes nowhere because they already have all the upgrades.

I love all of these ideas, (apart from the first one of course with it ruining the economy and such). I think there aught to be more gang upgrades such as these added because it allows gangs to have a bigger goal to reach.

+supp how about option for auto discount for players in your gang or a given gang for player shops

I personally and guessing others wouldn't want this because sometimes you could end up loosing money if the discount takes it lower than the amount you paid for it.

Thought I might BUMP this! It would be nice if we got more opinions since its going to be hard to convince the lead team that we need these.

Kind of why i also offered an alternative - you buy each level which would make players have to base/mine more to make money to offer to the gang
