Hello guys!
Whilst haunting the forums, I found this
thread that was talking about player's disconnected while getting raided. LazyBro made a
post telling us to make a suggestion in the Suggestions Forums, so here I am.
As for my second suggestion, I joined the server today to witness Blocked and TiGz's marriage, after which I decided to go for a drive, and my god, do they desperately need an update. It's hard to turn corners and I died crashing into walls that I had no time to evade for. So I'd like to suggest car control changes.
Suggestion Title: Countermeasures for disconnecting players
How would it benefit the server: Allow people to still get profit even if these people leave the game because they are being raided. Here's a quote of what I said in the other thread.

I think a plugin should be added that keeps printers, coolers and other stuff in the game for atleast 10 minutes so that people can't abuse rejoining the server. I've had issues with this before, but never bothered to report them (probably because it was only an Emerald printer... lol). In my opinion, items should stay in-game for a good 30 minutes.
Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can currently think of.
Additional notes: As quoted, I think it'd be best if items from disconnected players stay in-game for around 30 minutes. This'll make sure the raiders can get a decent profit from finding the printers.
Suggestion Title: Update Car Controls
How would it benefit the server: Cars are hard to control. I believe if the controls were to be changed to a more user-friendly control setup it would avoid a lot of CDM that was a result of almost uncontrollable cars.
Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can currently think of.
Additional notes: In my opinion a good control setup would be the one used in Borderlands 2. Basically, you can hold W and use your crosshair to turn. So for example if I want to go right, I hold W and look to the right. This is a lot easier to control than the current controls.
Please give some good feedback down there. Don't just say stuff like
I agree! +support, but instead make constructive posts explaining why you agree and if you'd like to see anything else. Thank you.
