Story:
I was using my hand cannon and i lost connection, i then reconnected and the hand cannon wasnt in my inventory like its supposed to

Seems to be a client side connection loss most likely will get denied.

It was your connection which means it was a client sided issue and therefore you will most likely not get refunded.

Your hand cannon was dropped in the admin arena whilst you were timing out then, use holster in the future to avoid this if you time out.

As stated, this is a client side issue. This was not a server crash or an issue on our end - instead, your own internet cut out, and you were dropping an item instead of holstering it. I'm unsure if you'd still have had the handcannon if you'd holstered it instead, but it doesn't change the fact that we do not control whether or not your internet loses connection.
