hud customization would be very nice such as transparency / colour change or different styles and modifiable positions.
issues/exploits: could possibly give players advantages over new players

add more weapon boosts other than scope! id love to see more weapons than just psg used.
issues/exploits: none i can think of

add text to show who owns the props you are highlighting. i think this used to exist but i cant see it anymore. its helpful to catch prop abusers in screenshots or to see who owns what base.
issues/exploits: people cant have anonymous buildings. i dont know why they would want that though.

make the nlr warning more visible. a colour change from red to brown that is usually very delayed when u enter nlr districts is not very clear if you havent memorized districts especially like new players. something like a red flashing border around the screen would be very helpful.
issues/exploits: could be annoying in certain events.
