Story:
Well i was testing a shield with my friend, then the shield decided to bug out and not block anyshots, as seen in the proof the bullets hit the shield but do not block them causing me to die

That's quite strange - you can see the shots hitting the shield and you getting damage at the same time. I'll look further into this tomorrow.

Hello Eric,

After reviewing this in the CM team meeting we've decided to deny this. We cannot see where you were shot from, which means we cannot determine whether or not those bullets were supposed to hit the riot shit or whether or not they were supposed to hit you. If you do not have any further evidence showing where you were shot on we cannot refund you for this.
