Suggestion Title: Clear up the "Zero Tolerance" Rule

How would it benefit the server: Make sure everyone is treated and punished equally

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: The whole new system just needs clearing up, we can't just be told that there is zero tolerance now of discrimination and we are supposed to know how to deal with that. Some people are instantly banning for a day when one thing is said, some are gagging/muting, then warning, kicking and then banning. All the Super Admins and Head Admins are saying different, I have been told to gag/mute + warn on first offence and then ban for 40 minutes on second offence from one Super Admin and one telling me to instantly ban for a day. It just doesn't seem right that depending on the staff, they could have multiple warnings and then get a short ban or get no warnings and get a day ban. All I'm asking is that a guide is posted to inform all the staff on the process of dealing with discriminating/racist users. Thank you

It's upto the staff meber to what punishment they give. As Tyler said if you use these offensive discriminative and harrasive terms you no longer protected by the ethos.
