Suggestion Title:
Add "no tts/soundboards via mic" to the rules.

How would it benefit the server:
Well I was having a little fun speaking to people with a text to speech app I downloaded on my phone but was kindly told to "stop using soundboards"
And since I couldn't see it as a rule in the !motd I thought adding it would be a good idea.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None that I can think of.
It would just stop people from using tts via mic or soundboards in general which should be a good idea considering I was told it isn't allowed

Either tell me if this should be allowed, or if the rule should be added.
