Suggestion Title:
Change the mutant spawn

How would it benefit the server:
As of right now the mutants all spawn on a little patch of sand in the tunnels, this has caused tama and capone to each farm 9k kills and 18k kills and ruin the gametracker. Move the spawns to around the tunnels like they used to be, this is absolute aids.

Same thing as having a war at spawn. Inspires people to break rules. They'll think it's allowed to break rules if they see others doing it.

If they were massively doing it then others would think it's allowed and they'd get punished.

When I was still Admin, I had permission from LT to ban them if they didn't stop.
