The fact that we can see IPs is a powerful tool when it is used correctly, it helps us identify abusive players and figure out who might be behind spamming alts or such.

But Tyler, lets agree that there are retards that would abuse it.

when you are staff on anything you are in a position of power. staff members that abuse get demoted.

How about OnionRings?

If Onion had leaked the ip then maybe but sending someone their own IP in a private message doesn't sound like abuse to me. Especially when that guy had just posted like 4 or 5 of his old IPs.
