The peace symbol is the other way around and a lot less commonly known in western cultures. Using that excuse is practically loopholing and can still be punished.

There is already a rule that covers these actions as stated by Studio Banter and since the only thing your complaining of is basicly people drawing racist shit this is already something that is obviously not allowed. IDK about everyone else but I don't see how anyone could be offended by someone drawing a dick with bullet holes. I mean honesty its the internet and its not as if it was a full color full showing image. Its a bunch of holes that kinda looks like a dick.
