I reckon buffing HC's dmg on players, and nerfing dmg on props/splash dmg, would make it manageable.
By buffing the dmg it deals on people, it would disallow players to fly into the sky with HC, and by nerfing the dmg/splash dmg on props, it would maybe give defenders more than 5 sec to react to their base being 1 shot lol.
True, Handcannon jumping is a very easy way to get to unreachable spots on the map, and since it isn't propsurf or propclimb, it technically isnt even a rulebreak. I remember Handcannon jumping on that invisible ledge near Industrial on S2 and shooting down at people with a tgun, and nobody knew where the hell it was coming from. This was also the way that I got out of the map the night I m202ed, just thought I'd let everyone know.
