Suggestion Title: Warn via tab menu

How would it benefit the server: This would benefit the server because I've seen multiple times a wrong user being warned due to a possible new staff member using names over a steamid which makes the staff team look unprofessional. Also if the wrong user gets warned they are frozen for 5 seconds with a prompt to read the rules but if they are in a combat situation they will most likely die with the chance of ripping an expensive item. If there were to be a button via the tab menu which allows someone to be warned they would hugely cut down on 'accidental warns' which would better the server.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Someone could accidentally spam the button but since the chat command already has a cool down I don't see why the button could also have a cool down.

Additional notes: This would be helpful to the newer staff who forgot to use steamid over names.

How would it benefit the server: This would benefit the server since the only way to punish someone when they are offline is by banning someone. Since on most forum reports when you finished the user is almost never on any of the servers so you ban them for one minute with the reason (accepted forum report) however I've seen people take this as a recent ban when it shouldn't be, instead just another warning. Also if the staff member fails to check if they are on any of the servers and they are on one of the server printing and the staff bans them, they will lose all of their printers which shouldn't be acceptable. I believe if you make it so you can warns those who are offline it would benefit the server and the staff team from fixing the errors above.

Lastly the main way moderators punish people is by warning them however if a user LTAP's just before they receive a punishment, they will most likely not receive any form of punishment unless they recorded the LTAP which means they just got away with a warning aswell as a LTAP ban. By implementing the offline warning system the moderator will still be able to punish someone if they are offline.

Potential Issues/Exploits: If someone warns someone using their name ( or if it is an absung staff uses /warn * kek ) they have the chance to warn everyone who has ever joined the server however using names via the chat could be blacklisted/removed for higher ups such as super admin and head admin to prevent abuse and major mistakes.

Additional notes: This would benefit us since some people aren't getting their punishment or instead staff believe they have a recent ban when it is just a warn since there isn't a way to warn someone when they are offline.

While this would be convenient, it really isn't necessary. It is very simple to grab someone's SteamID and paste it in chat. Then again, it would make it slightly faster and more convenient. Suggestion 1 is a from me.

An "Offline Warning" thing like this would make it slightly more clear, but isn't necessary. To add to your suggestion of an offline warning system, I think it would be nice if the user could see the warning pop up on their screen when they log in, so that they know that they have a punishment and why.
