Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
Firstly I would notify them about their actions, If they keep repeating their actions I would gag/mute them for roughly 5/10 minutes. If they continued after that I would extend the mute/gag to 30 minutes. If they continued after that I would kick them with their known reason of the kick. and if after all that they still hadn't stopped I'd get a higher staff memeber involved to deal with the situation accordingly.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone had found an exploit I would ask them to not use it via microphone or chat. If they continued I'd warn them for it, and if they still continued after that I'd kick them, at this point a higher memeber of staff would be notified for this situation.
Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
The term "ghosting" is cross team communication via 2 or more players on opposite teams in which are giving the opposing team hints to where another prop is whilst they are a dead prop
Example
A prop has died and their friend is on the hunter team, they decide to tell their friend the locations of other props around the map to win the round. This is 'Ghosting'.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I haven't been on this server very long but when I see that someone needs help with something I will try my best to help them find a solution, when staff memebers are not on I tend to take on the role of looking after the server for anyone trying to exploit it whilst staff are offline. I wish to make the server a better place for others; by enforcing the rules to people who do not follow them to make it a nicer place to be for those who do abide rules. I have been staff on zombieRp, DarkRp, MilitaryRp, Bunnyhop, Flood and Deathrun servers before meaning I have plenty of experience.

I hope that it doesn't matter that I'm only 15 and Scottish as some players can't understand what i'm saying due to my accent but I can type in chat as a back-up for anyone that can't.
I still attend school meaning I dont get lots of playtime but everyday afterwards I do tend to come on.
I know how to code by using HTML, CSS and JavaScript from my computing classes if there was ever a problem.
