Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: Even though ive been a moderator for not that much time, I feel like ive learned alot while being a moderator. I became alot more calm, and kind with helping new people that made mistakes. I have learned from my past mistake and I know what I did wrong and have reflected and learned from it. I know further how to handle certain f1s and how they end. I further know how to handle people that just dont want to help me help them and people that dont want to cooperate with me. Ive learned what it means to be a staff member for Zarp Gaming and what I need to dedicate to keep my spot as a staff member.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There was a man, not gonna use his name, he became mayor. But this was no normal mayor, he was the leader of minges.
He was surrounded by gangsters and theives instead of cops. I tried to negoiate with him but he wouldnt budge, by the time I decided to take him on upfront on the ground, BAM! I get shot in the back of the head by i guy with a PSG, I give out warnings to the shooter and to tell the mayor to end whatever he was doing if he wanted to play the server ( Keep in mind, he was killing too) It got to him, and now he drives the 3rd most expensive car on the streets and owns a good amount of money now, and his attitude towards staff and the server has changed.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Lets get to the basics!

F1 Menu
This is the f1 menu. This will help you about all of your f1s. It will show Admin Requests, which are player f1s. Warnings, this is where you can check warnings. Logging, this will help you alot. Logging will show you money drop, hits, job changes NLR break, killing of players, defibs, Arrest/Unarrest, Name changes, warrants, and more. Active NLR shows which players have NLR. For doing the f1s under the Admin Request tab, do the first of the list first. If Jimmy has a f1 for over 30m, do his over Timmy who just made a f1 23 seconds ago. You can discard a f1, as well as go to the person and bring the person to your location. You can see these by right clicking the f1. Only discard if the person is spamming the f1 system or wants it to be discarded or is abusing it. If you dont think you can do the f1, click abort and notify a different member to handle it. With Logging once more, if you click on a log, you can right click to copy the log and add the full log, player info, or time.

F6 Menu
This is know as the Rap Sheet. This menu can help you decided if a player will be warned or not based on there recent warnings ( Recents are 2 weeks). You can look a player up on the rap sheet to see all the stuff they have been given by staff, slays, bans, jails, warns, mutes, all of it. You can also see the rap sheet if you go to the tab menu and click on the player and click on "Rap Sheet".
Staff Chat
You can talk in staff chat if you need help. You can type in staff chat by adding @ at the start of your sentence or ///

Commands
/goto STEAM ID- Teleports to target player
/back- Teleports you back to last location
/back STEAMID- Teleports target player to last location.
/tp- Teleports you to where you are looking
/tp STEAMID- Teleport target player where you are looking.
/unwarn STEAMID- Unwarns target player if you accidently warned them.
/freeze STEAMID- freezes target player
/kick STEAMID- Kicks target player.
You do not own /ban as a moderator
Notice that these commands can be found in your tab menu if you click on someone

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player x, I have read your ban appeal and I can tell you are truly sorry for what you did with great detail in your apology.
This is showing me you put effort into your appeal. Since this is your first ban, I came to the conclusion to lower your ban to 1 week.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I feel like I have gone through the same experience other moderators have gone through that are now Admins+. I feel like I am ready for this spot. Im not power hungry, I just want to help the community, it is rare that im dedicated so much to a communtiy like this.I love the staff members and ive made some great freinds on here. Im very dedicated to moderating the servers, I love doing it. I feel like a promotion will increase my way to watch over the streets of Zarp and make sure everyone is enjoying their rp experience. I dont want anyone to ruin someones else Rp experience with rule breaking. I want to help vote on new admins and have extened time in those fun meme-full meetings. I want to be admin to make by observing of the servers easier and be able to help people with things like printers and chargers that go under the map.I want to increase my ways to handle people and make sure the bad people dont continue rule breaking with spectate. I feel Id be a great admin, Ive learned my lessons from my recent mistake with the player Eleven. I know what to do and I feel like im ready to take on this position.
