What I can bring as a Head Administrator

As a Super Administrator, often I find myself having people come to me in and out of my timezones for issues that I could really use a Head Administrator being online for. These things are, removing punishments off rap sheets, utilizing the Head Admin AC to find hackers more promptly, and just day-to-day decision making. I'm the person for the job, and the best choice for the job. As a Super Administrator, I've had HA/Owner Experience throughout the Community, I know the job, I can adapt easily to new changes since my resignation and am ready to help with my new found powers even more. I've got the experience, the dedication, and the motivation for this position.

My Unique Timezone

As a Lead Team Member, my timezone is very unique and is something that if having this position will help the servers greatly. There's really only me and chummy on in my timezone, and that being said there is no head administrator online. As a Head Administrator, I'd be able to fulfill the concerns and issues raised to me that I'd need a Head Admin for on my own time.

With my vast previous experience, it shows I know what I'm doing, how to manage staff very well, and keep well tuned relationships with the staff team. I've held Lead Team on all servers at the same time for months on end upwards of a year, been forum administrator, and teamspeak head administrator. I'll be able to adapt very easily to my new found powers if promoted to Head Administrator.

In game and out of game, I'm known to be a very friendly person. I do my best to stay out of drama, and give everyone a fair and equal chance and do not hold grudges. I will not user my head administrative powers to my advantage or against those I have problems with.

Active

I get my time easily every week and do my best everyday to play, SSRP is something I've always loved to do, please refer to my gametracker above if you wish to see my gametime and activity.

Mature

I feel with a lot of people they can hold a facade of being mature, but they don't know when it's okay to not act professional in certain situations. With me, I known when to be serious at times and when not to be, I always love a good laugh.

Dedicated

I'm very dedicated throughout the Community. I currently hold two high priority roles on BHOP as a Head Administrator, and SSRP as a Super Administrator. I play actively, help consistently, and am on throughout the day to deal with players and staffs problems, and solving them.

Fair

I'm a fair person and staff member. I see situations from both parties perspectives, and always do my best to act on facts, not assumptions. I don't lean one way or the other and always hear out both sides and make them feel heard.

Morgan, I could list very many reasons why you should get Head Administrator, but it has already been said.
You are a great guy, and many people agrees on that.
