Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
If a new player were to join not knowing how to bhop I'd link them to a youtube tutorial on how to bhop as you can't really explain how to bhop in text.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If somebody was spamming in either situation I'd firstly ask them to stop, if they were to continue then I'd mute them for the duration of that map.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If somebody was using an exploit on the bhop server I'd ask a lead team member to come onto the server to assess the situation and check if the player in question is exploiting or not.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have spent over a year bhopping and can tell if somebody is using a form of scripts. I am trusted with powers as I am SSRP Mod. Most of the time when I'm on there's some form of spam that I can't stop and if I had staff I'd be able to help deal with these problems.
