Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death match otherwise known as "RDM" Is when a user damages or kills another player with no valid RP reason, for example lets take player 1 and player 2. Player 1 goes up to Player 2 in game and says over voice chat "I'm going to kill you as i feel like it" This is only 1 way of many that RDM can be portrayed.


Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule otherwise known as "NLR" is when a user returns to the district they previously died at within the time allocated at the top of their screen, when a user dies they have to essentially forget about the previous life they have just had, an example of this is when player 1 is raiding at the Rich house district, they are killed in the process of raiding and immediately return to the same district without waiting for the NLR timer to run down.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
For this situation i would bring both users and ask them both to tell their side of the story if they both are having different sides to the story i would ask if anyone has valid proof, if they both have no valid evidence i would have no other choice that to return both users and watch them both carefully to see if there is any RDMing or provoking going on between them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would check logs to check what districts this event took place and if logs show that player y has returned to the district that they have previously died at i would proceed to warn player y for reason "NLR" i would then tell player y to read the rules and i would watch them carefully to see if he breaks any other rules ect.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I have been a member of the community for a long time now and i know a lot of people from here, i have met some truly amazing people and now i want to help these people with their problems whilst rping. I have played for such a long time, i know all of the rules and i am now trying to be a positive as i can towards the community. I am well known in this community and i love to meet new players everyday. I am experienced and know what i am doing as i have done 2 years of prep to be a staff member on Zarp. I try to help as many people as i can without having the power of being staff for example i will show a new player around the map and how DarkRP works and i really enjoy doing it, this is why i would love to help the community and have the "moderator" tag next to my name as i will then know anyone could ask for my help. I have changed my act up for the passed months and i have been trying my hardest to be very positive and getting to know all the members on the community. I am very active on the forums and even on the ts, i enjoy chilling out playing Zarp and talking to people whilst playing. I now feel like is the right time for me to step up and help the community as much as possible. I am always seeing people breaking rules in front of me and i'm always thinking to myself "i should be dealing with this" and this is why i am now applying for staff.

Third week you are applying, this shows some dedication of how much you want to be staff. I am still debating your attitude and am not sure you are quite mature enough. But if there is an improvement, I think you have great potential for the staff team.
