Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

I would simply ask the user to please stop mic spamming or chat spamming, If this verbal was not enough and they continued forward with their spam. I would mute them For chat spam and mic spam If it went on after this then i would have to handout an official warning not just a mute.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

I would ask the user who is exploiting to stop If this still wasn't enough and they continued on I would issue a kick seeing that exploiting ruins other users fun and enjoyment of the server. Not only this but exploiting can spread once one person finds out about it another one does and the cycle is endless.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

"Ghosting" Is the term used for communication that is unobtainable by other players. For example lets say Luki And I were playing murder and he died. If he tells me who killed him and where that person was is considered ghosting. The information Luki Would've used is unobtainable to other players besides myself leaving all the other users at a disadvantage.

I'm very experienced in murder servers not only this but I've staffed for about 4 years now. The murder server seems like a perfect place for me to show off my true potential and how I actually staff. Im a very dedicated member to the Zarp community, Im always active And Love helping other users especially new players. Your attitude has been the exact same on SSRP as it has been, calling people shit and pussies everytime you do something even the slightest bit better than them. I don't see a change in your attitude at all, but as I don't play murder I can't vote on this appropriately as I don't know how well you'd staff. Good luck. My attitude has changed for the greater Honestly I've gotten a lot better and the only people I have ever messed with is My friends in banter situations But thank you for the good luck

Hey Emmit, i'm gonna honestly reply to your application because alot of people have been letting their past and their personal opinions cloud their judgement.
You are a nice guy, yeah obviously he isn't no saint he got demoted from SSRP for his attitude ( which has improved now ) but who isn't perfect? No one especially most people who have replied to this negatively can say anything about atitude.
So he is a great guy with experience as a moderator from SSRP and also with his past with other murder servers he would be a great candidate for Murder Moderator. But you do need some improvement as i said before you aren't perfect and just like everyone else.

I personally think people are jumping on the Band Wagon of hate Emmit because he was demoted as a moderator, and no one has actually said anything different except "-support Fuck no your attitude hasn't changed for shit" and other statements like that and no one tries to look at his recent,game time or anything else like that.
it's just being lazy and completely ignorant, and who has ever not fucked up as a moderator just because he fucked up once and got demoted which he shows complete regret and sorrow for yet people still go on about the fact that he has been demoted.

and before any one says that i'm his friend being his friend has nothing to do with my input except being bios and i'm not gonna lie he has been one hell of a Moderator but he has fucked up just look over that and see him as a user wanting to help this server.
