Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I Would Verbally Warn Them And Tell Them Dont Do It Again.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Tell Them Kindly To Stop And If They Do It Again I Will Report It To The Higher Ups Of The ZARP Gaming Servers To Fix It And Warn The Player

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Basically if you have a friend telling them who the (in my case) "murder" is

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
personally i have been a watching the DarkRP Semi RP server alot the staff on there arnt favored and since this newly established "Murder" server was created i feel like i can bring a change in the community, actions part taken in the community, and overall have fun time with the people and make sure i can catch down these players who are using racial/offensive slers but Not just the slers the people giving the disrespect towards other players is unnessesary and will be delt with. i usally stay up at night so i can be on for night shifts if needed. I Will Also Be On The Murder Forums More Often To Check What Questions Some People Have.
