Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I would tell the player to stop mic/Text spamming or I will mute/Gag him. If he continues I will give 1 more warning and then I will Mute/gag him and if he continues later on I would give him a real warning using /warn (SteamID)And gag/mute him again.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would tell the player "Hey (Player) what you're doing is an exploit stop that, If he stops it will be ok but if he doesn't I will give him a warning and tell him that exploiting will result in a ban next time you do it, And if he continues Then I will ban him for the amount of time I feel needed

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
So ghosting is where a dead player on the other team says to another player where the player could be.
So here's a scenario. So (Player X) Is running around office looking for the last player alive, he asks the props team where he is, I say "Don't tell him it's against rules and don't ask the props where the last prop is", Then one of the dead props say" He is a computer monitor in the hunter spawn room". That would be ghosting so I would give the person a warning verbal if first time real warning if not first time

Why I should be chosen:
I am a very Trusted staff member In my opinion, As I am currently TTT Admin and feel I'm doing a good job there, I really love the prop hunt server, It's a great server and I love playing on it and keeping it from people breaking rules and not making it fun, I try to be a good mod. I am sorry for my recent inactivity something happened at home that I wish not to speak of. I feel as I am still able to be active this thing will be forever with me but it won't affect me much.
I have never been banned on ANY Zarp server ever not even for an hour and I've been on zarp for about 2 years.

Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:I feel as I am ready to be admin because I know the commands and how to use them correctly for E.G Bans,Kicks,Warns Family sharing checks ETC.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone is exploiting repetitively and won't stop I would ban him after multiple warnings.

All the rest is self explanotory like Mute and unmute toggles their chat and Gag and ungag toggles Their voice.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello there, I see you have appealed to be unbanned from the prop hunt server, You seem very sorry and permenantly is a bit excessive for cheating and since it is your first ban I have decided after talking to the member who banned you to reduce the amount of time to four days, Have fun on the server .

That is the wrong template.
You are using the moderator template here is for admin:

Hey Bigwhal, You didn't use the right template. Please edit your post with the template Wolfi provided. Overall your activity is pretty good! It has been a little dodgy these last few days, but it doesn't matter that much. First of all you have only been moderator for 1 week.
And in the question:

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

It is very short, as you don't explain most of the things.
Also this:

Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:

Is short.
You should put more effort into the application to show more dedication.
Also the activity have gone a little downhill.
