Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
First, i would tell them to stop verbally and politely. If they keep doing it, i will repeat and tell them to stop with an angrier tone. If they still keep doing it i will warn them that there are going to be consequences if they dont stop soon. If they keep doing it for the nezt 2 minutes or so, i will tell them the excact reason that they are going to recieve a warning, and then proceed to actually give them the warning. If they understand everything correctly, i will proceed to let them continue playing with a warning. If they still continue Text/mic spamming, i will give them another warning and repeat the last time and warn them once again. if they do it again, i will warn them and proceed to kick them. If they join back and continue for a certain period of time, i will give them a ban (time depends on how bad the situation is).

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit/breaking rules on the server:
First i would ask them why they are using the exploit and tell them that it is not allowed and ask them to stop using it. If they refuse i will tell them that this is their last warning, do not do this again. If they do it again, then i will give them a warning and explain why they got it. If they repeat, then i keep giving warnings until 3 (or how many is allowed before a kick) and then kick them from the server. If they join back and do it more, repeatedly, i will bad them for a fair amount of time.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I should be chosen, because i know how to explain to people what they are doing wrong and what they should do differently. I know how to warn them so that they wouldn't do it again. I know how to keep peace in the server and keep rule breakers away and how to keep everything fair. I am good at looking around, seeing what people have done and how/where to expect rule-breaking. I have played darkRP a lot and have much experience with it. Not to guess if someone is breaking rules, but to figure out if they are. I know how to react to certain situations correctly and what to do about them. I am also very polite and nice, do not swear.
