Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Explain :Random Death Match is when you kill a guy without a RPreason like mugging or kos
Example : you are on the street and talking with your friends , someone come to you and kill you without mugging or Rp Warn Thats RDM

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
Explain : New Life Rules [NRL] , if you die you get a new life so you need to forgot all whats happend in the last 10 mins and you cant come back to the district where u die
Example: You are in your base and printig or something and a thief or gangster raid you and kill you and you think no i need my printer or stuff in base and you go back to kill him thats Breaking NRL

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I make a support on a roof and talk to the guy why he killed him, im looking for proofs and if he have proof im going to warn the RDMer

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Im going to make a support and bring them both and talk with them about that and if they both broke NRL im going to Warn them Both fore breaking NLR

I should be taken because i love to support i want to help the server with rulebreakers im a activ player i played very much time on darkrp servers i have very much experience on darkrp i know all rules and want to make the server clean from Rdmer and Rule Breaker i try to play every day on the zarp server i want to help other guys with f1s and i play very much time on the 3 server i can speak 3 languages so i can help very much guys If they can not speak so much English i want to be moderator on this great SSRP server because Its a nice community i have 800 hours in garrys mod and the most time in darkrp on zarp but i switched my steam names, i love the server

The activity is very poor, to be honest.
BUT I've been with him on some sits, very helpful and also reports on the forums, which most players tend to not even bother unless it's against someone they have a grudge on. Was responsible for stopping a guy who literally just RDMd the entire server 2, joined and had 54 kills in a matter of minutes in a afk server.
With this being said, I'm not sure this will weigh-in enough against the low hours, but I'll have to support this since he's helpful and friendly.

The application is not bad there are some spelling mistakes I can see. your activity is quiet low(that can improve whit time), form what I've heard you seem to be friendly and like to help people , you don't have any recent warns, so I'm gonna go for :
