How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
My time as an admin has contrided to me becoming a Super admin because i really have decated my time to this server.

What makes me good for super admin is that a very persist. This is show in my admin app i was deined but i still carried on applying

I had to ask for help for a lead team member about how long i should ban someone for 10+ and ltap.

Accepted: I would look at the report and view the (if there is) evidence. I would talk to the staff member that got reported.
And if the applcation is accpeted i would write:
Hello Player I have look over this report and come to a decision that this report has been accpted.If the staff abuses there power again make sure to report it with evidence and it will be handled.
And if the applcation got diened i would write:
Hello player. I'm sorry to tell you that i will not be Accepting this demote request at this time. Because you were breaking the rules. He/She warned you with a valid reason. Staff member will NOT be told to or demoted. Make an appeal next time before trying to demote, if you don't have proof.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
Firstly i would ask the member of staff what did the player do and how long the baned the for.
If the staff member banned the player for a week. They banned the player for Maas rdm and Ltap. I would tell them to look at the ban system or tell them and tell them to reduce the time of the ban.

Firstly i would ask them if they need my help. If they say yes i would ask them what is the situation.

I would ask them why are they acusing them of rule breaking. I would two to both partys and after listening to both side iw ould come to a conclusion.

First i would warn, and if they do it again I would have to talk to them and see that the problem between them and sort out the problem then and there.

I would Tell the staff member to stop. But if they carry on i would have a talk to them and tell them to stop and if they dont something bad will happen.
