Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I would give the spammer 2 verbal warnings personally myself unless I witness another staff give him verbal's after this it will result in a gag/chat mute that is if the player carry's on breaking the rule by spamming in either chat or mute

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would ask the player to get out of the exploit failure to get out after 2-3 verbal warnings I would then slay and warn the player using the in game commands and then use it as an example and verbally warn the rest of the server

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
ghosting is when a dead player shares information with a member of your team to change the way the round works and for example ghosting as a hunter team sharing where a prop is hiding

for example:
player 1 (TheXnator) Omg Pianist he is under the desk as a water bottle
player 2 (pianist) turns to look under the desk and kills the water bottle (prop) "Grumpy Marshmallow"

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I feel I should be chosen as I love prop hunt to bits and find it a very fun and entertaining gamemode involving lots of laughs but at the same time I also want to help out on the server by creating loads of new ideas and suggestions to help benefit the server and gain players even more then it already has
