Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
*A player is hacking/ exploiting, continuously breaking rules after warnings, mass RDM or LTAP
Example:
*Player X has joined the game and is hacking, manages to kill several people through RDM, he gets warned doesn't stop and gets kicked. If player X re-joins and is still hacking and manages to kill even more people through RDM then I would use the ban command.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

If it was me who banned them, then I would look at their appeal and if they have not waited at least a week or so then I would refuse to un ban them as they have not waited a sufficient amount of time for them to reflect on their permanent ban. Anything after a week then I would consider unbanning them as this is enough time to reflect and not cheat again. I would also look at the amount of bans the player has and for what, if they have more than two bans then I would not unban them as they have clearly not learned their lesson from the last time they did so. If the time came for when did when I do unban the player then I would watch them closely and spectate them for at least 10 rounds before I allow myself to place any trust in that player. If they decide to cheat again then they will be banned again with a harsher punishment.

Why i Should be Promoted: I should be promoted because i am one of the most versatile and friendly staff members on TTT, i treat everyone player, staff or otherwise, equally and i deal with rule breakers quickly but i make sure i do not give out false punishments or the wrong punishment to make sure that everyone on the server has a great experience. I am also really friendly and liked by everyone so i feel people will listen to me more than they would if i was moderator, i can also provide many answers about almost everything on our 2 TTT servers and i am active more when other staff are not on, the downside to not being admin currently is that i will not be able to ban consistent rulebreakers (whether they are hacking or otherwise) as quick i as i would as Admin and i feel that players would see that as me "Not doing my Job" and i feel Admin will give me the extra set of powers i need to make TTT a rule breaker free server and even get it to that #1 rank worldwide.

Extra Information: I know you may read this and think "But he just got Moderator!" and i could understand where you are coming from with this, however my previous experience with a Super Admin role on TTT has given me new levels of experience and although i have not been moderator long i applied to moderator to show the community that i want to regain their trust and prove that i am not just power hungry, the usage for the Admin role for me is purely to do my job better than what i am currently limited to as a moderator and i hope you read this message and support me going for admin on TTT
