What is ghosting?
Ghosting is if you are Dead and says to the runners or deaths that a person is afk or saying wich portal it is to not die because of it

How would i deal with disrespectful players?
First of all i will say stop being disrespectful to him or i will have to gag/mute +warn you
example: micky says to Perry you are so fat stop being a fuck kid that is being annoying to me Then i would tell micky to stop or i will have to gag/mute him + warn him ofcourse

Why i should be chosen:
I got already experience from being moderator on the server and i know the commands already and know what to do in situations and that is always useful to have and i like to help DR out with rulebreakers when there aren't staff online on the server so that i can help the server out and get the rulebreakers to stop

Your "Gametracker Link" goes to your steam account. EDIT: I think you need more activity to become admin, especially since you aren't a mod currently. That's just my opinion though. Don't see you active on the server much but you don't have any recent warns. Gain activity before the meeting and i'll change my mind but for now, it is a One thing I always wonder for now is why do people use staff for examples on rule breaks. I never really see you on the server but when I do, I've never seen you be helpful and try to atleast help.
