What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is where a dead player gives information to an alive player about what things to do / Teleports to go into

Scenario - *Dead* [Skilled] Gody: It's the left then right portal!
[Newbie] Paprica: Thanks!

Gody would then be warned for Ghosting and most likely slayed

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
Firstly I would ask them to stop, if they ignore my warning I would mute then for disrespect, or Gag depending if they're using there mic or Text Chat. If the player goes over the top [Extreme Disrespect] then he would be warned for "Disrespect"

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))

Currently I am a TTT Moderator and I have a lot of responsibility and i think that being Mod on the ZARP TTT Server increases my staffing ability!

Dedication
I am starting to become very dedicated to DR as it's a fun game-mode and sometimes I've been on where there's no staff and people are letting each other go through the traps / ghosting.

Why me
I am active each day playing and having fun to the best of my ability! Hopefully I can implement this into the DR server as I'm very active playing. I see a lot of disrespectful players / homophobic players. So at that time there are no staff on so nothing can be done about it. Hopefully I can be picked for this role. Thanks!

Keep up with the activity, and try to play as much as you can before the meeting, and I don't think that will be an issue. You would also Warn him if he takes it to an extreme, and if he doubles that you would be having to kick him.

Extra Information:

Just work on attitude and activity and you could be a good staff.

That's your opinion and you're entitled to it. I don't just come on the disrespect because I was playing earlier community with staff and having an amazing time on DR. I do not mess around because I actually try otherwise I wouldn't bet on myself as I would most likely get punished for messing around, thus losing my points due to slays or things etc. But thanks for your opinion!

I'm sorry I have to agree with mage here, Sometimes you join Deathrun and try to bassicly trigger people to get a reaction out of them, I don't feel like your current atitude should be allowed to get Staff as it's on & off as somedays you're chill then others you're just toxic and won't take a telling.
