When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
The ban command should be used as a last resort. In the case of someone who is disrespecting for example you give them a warning and mute them for a time period. However, if they continue the behaviour then they could be banned.
Extreme cases include DDOS threats and people using Cheats.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
When I used to be moderator I found it hard to deal with people who were massively disrepecting, cheating etc as I didn't have access to the ban command. This became problematic as I would have to go and find another member of staff to come and sort the situation out for me instead of being able to handle it myself.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
I feel like I should be promoted as I am a trusted member of the community having held admin on 2 servers and I feel like I can bring something different to the staff team. I am known for being sociable and I feel like people are able to come and talk to me if they have an issue. I'm dedicated so I will be able to withstand good activity and should be at every meeting.
