When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: When people are using hacks, mass rulebreaks, DDOS threats,Leave to avoid a punishment. (Only with proof)

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
I found out someone was disrespecting in another language, it was hard to deal with since the ENGLISH ONLY rule got removed. If he kept going, i would need someone to ban him. But if i get admin, i can do it myself.

Why I should be promoted:I think im doing my job great as a moderator. As a moderator, I can't ban people which makes hard situations sometimes. (when no admins on) If i get accepted, i will take care of those hard situations. I'm trusted with powers, I can do alot for the server if i get admin. I'm friendly ingame. I think thats it.

Reason that my app is so small: I'm not a guy that types long things. I'm a simple guy.

That isn't that relevant. A mod could handle it the same just like an admin, but only, and ONLY when you've reached the point where you have to ban him.

As I've said earlier, some more experience is needed before being promoted. (Again, nothing personal)
