Languages I speak: english a bit of french anda bit of spanish (i could just use google translate anyway XD)

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: rdm is when 1 player kills another player for no reason
example: P1 is annoyed with P2 so P1 kills P2

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule AKA NLR is used when a player returns to the district in which he died in the last 3 minutes
Example: P1 dies in the suburbs and then goes back into that district before the nlr timer is up

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.:
Firstly i would tp to player y to see if he was busy, if he isnt busy then i would tp (teleport) both player x and player y to a private location, then i would get both sides of the story, after i would check the logs to see who has killed who has killed who, then if player y's reason wasnt RP valid then i would look at his recent warns to determain how severe his punishment is going to be. If it was his first time breaking this rule then i would verbaly warn him if he has been warned for rdm then i would warn him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
i would handle this the same as the first example (i would tp player x to a private location then i would see if player y is busy if not i would tp to the private location)after that i would ask for any proof ,screenshots,videos, if they had proof i would look at the video/screenshot then i would look at the logs to see if the kills were 3 minutes apart in the same district, after that i would check his recent warns to see if this was his first time breaking nlr, if it was then i would give him a verbal warning telling him not to do it again.


Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
i think i should be chosen for the role of moderator because i am pretty well known and liked by a few of the staff members i am not new to the server so i know the servers basic rules, currently my session time on gmod is 1004 mins so that shows that i will be on the server for long periods of time. i also love the community and all the amazing staff members and i would like to give something back by helping this community grow

Is a very likeable guy I started hanging around with. He helps me make events etc. and he is just friendly over all. So I think he's a great candidate for the position.
He does have a recent warning, but he's currently being very nice regarding rule breaking.

Quakhead demonstrates a generally relaxed attitude and hasn't caused any major issues in his time on the server. I think you just need to keep playing, and if you can get your activity up by the end of the week, I'm sure it'll be smooth sailing to mod-dom for you.
