Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: First I would explain the basics - that they must hold space bar with the auto-hop and sync their left and right mouse movements with the pressing of the keys A and D. After that, I would suggest that they spectate me so they can observe how the basics are put into practice; if they still want more help then I could either ask someone else (such as Micky or Pianist) to show and explain since they are much better bhoppers than me - furthermore I would link them youtube tutorials so that they may properly see the techniques to use and the optimal movement to utilise.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I believe this depends on the nature of the spam - if it's someone purposely spamming and screaming down their mic incredibly loudly then I would instantly gag them since they were spamming on purpose and being disruptive; after that, I would ask them not to do so again and I would ungag them, but if they started spamming again then I would both gag and warn them. On the other hand, if it was someone just speaking a bit too much or maybe their mic was picking up background noise, then I would ask them to sort it out or to calm down before gagging them if they continued.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If someone were to be using an exploit on the server then the best thing to do first is ask them to stop using it - however, if they ignore the request then it would have to escalate to a warn which would hopefully catch their attention. However, if they still carried on and didn't care, I would kick them - should they return after that and carry on exploiting, I would try to get a higher member of staff online so that they may ban the exploiter.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): It is true that I have only recently discovered Bhop as a gamemode let alone the server itself, but I have taken to it quickly and I think my almost obsessive sessions of playing on the server illustrates this. As for my ability to staff, I have never been Bhop staff but I am good at interacting with people and helping them - this can be highlighted by my more recent staff position as a TTT Admin; also in previous communities I have been lead team several times and have prospered in these roles as well as those below them (like the one I am applying for currently). Overall, I believe I would make a good addition to the growing staff team and I very much enjoy the server.
