Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I play on server 3 mostly with a high amount of presence and enjoy to help people out with any issues they have whilst RP-ing on there. I also enjoy server 3 a lot and many people are on that server at a time and i'm there to help.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

So when I was in my first week as a mod I had issues dealing with 2 people constantly breaking rules so I went over to ask them they RDMed me so I teleported them to a roof to have a word with them again so I froze them to prevent any further rule breaks but the players decided to suicide abuse and L-taping whilst I was explaining the rules they had broken and ask why they performed in this way. He then rejoined and I had a talk with the players and checked everything out to see whether to take further action. The reason I had issues with the player was due to him trying my patients and see if he could avoid any punishments. He still then continued till I managed to explain everything to him before having a word with an admin to see what I could do and see if he could further help the situation.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

First of all I would like to say congratulations on becoming moderator on Zarp Gaming.

Advice:
I recommend trying to keep calm and respect the other player as if they were staff whilst the issue is occurring. If any issues or difficulties were found please don't be afraid to ask me or another higher staff member about any dilemmas in the situation. Whilst taking F1's always try to find a Private location so that it is easy to hear the problems the other player is having and be able to make the sit easier and more private so they can give their opinions. Also when talking to both players ask them both for their own side of the stories before making your judgement on whether the story is reasonable. Screenshots or video evidence is always best so remember to ask for that at any time.

Commands

/tp (steam_ID) This command teleport the selected steam id to your Curser location. I would suggest making a key-bind for this action to make F1's easier and faster so you can help other players as soon as possible.

/Back (Steam_ID) this allows you to teleport the player back to his previous location or you could do /Backspawn (Steam_ID) to teleport them to spawn

/goto (Steam_ID) teleport's you to the player

/bring (Steam_ID) teleport's the player next to you, i would recommend when finishing this do /backspawn {SteamID) to teleport them back to the spawn.

/slay {Steam_ID) this command is usually used when a citizen has a big gun and refuses to holster or drop the weapon, it instantly kills the player.

/warn (Steam_ID) (reason) if a player breaks the rules then this command is used, use the steam id as you could end up warning the incorrect user causing further problems if you were to use a in game name. As a moderator you cannot ban people straight off but after 4 recent warnings they will be banned for a short period of time, but remember To give new players a verbal warning before warning them as they might not fully know the rules of the server (Tell them to read the rules by typing !rules)

/freeze (Steam_ID) (time) If a player is breaking a rule (and not paying attention to what you're saying) or running from a sit then I would use this command, to unfreeze a player use the command /unfreeze (Steam_ID)

/unwarn (steam_ID) this command is used when you've wrongly warned someone or if there was a claim e.g. on the forums to get un-warned

/kick (steam_ID) (Reason) when a player is mass rda, rdm'ing and prop spam also refusing to remove their props then this command is used, try not to use the name and instead use the steam id encase you kick the wrong person


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hi player x i see you have been permanently banned for "Prop-Spam" I am Going to Reduce your ban to a shorter duration (around 2 weeks) since your un-ban appeal looked great and had some serious detail, I am hoping to see you in two weeks time with improved behaviour and hope you have learned from your mistakes so you can continue having fun whilst sticking to the rules.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
The reason I would love to be promoted is because I enjoy helping people out and seeing that my help is useful to a lot of players. I also love being able to be part of the community that is making a large difference to fix any issues with players misbehaving or breaking rules to try annoy other players trying to have fun playing DarkRP with friends. I think I would fit the role is due to my high activity on the server being mostly server 3 also I would be willing to help any people looking for help with features they struggle to use or function, I am also very friendly towards player and are willing to hear any inputs they have into a situation.
