When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
it will be appropriate to use the ban command if a person for examble ddos threats the server or if the person was continously trolling, micspamming, and just generally harrasing other players.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
Well i think it was like a week about or around there i had someone who continously micspammed and punishment avoided
and i couldn't do much about either than keep warning and gag/muting so it would have been easier if I had the powers of an admin to deal with him.

Why I should be promoted:
Well as you all know im quite active on the server and im on nearly everyday
I feel like i might be needing a promoting because i might be needing it for the future to handle more and different situations.
I believe that you all know that im trusted with staff powers and would only use them if necessary.
I pretty much know all the commands both what the commands do and what to use them for
