Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I do and i know i've only been moderator for two weeks but i feel like i'm ready for admin.
I also have great activity on the server and i plan to keep it that way. and i have only been mod for soon 2 weeks and i will keep working hard and climb up the ranks

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There was this extremely racist guy he kept calling me the n-word and saying he's gassing jews so i warned him and then he said it's not racist if i don't mean it and he just kept going eventualy i had no choice but to kick him.
I did mute and gag him aswell but next round he kept spamming racist comments and so on.



If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello there (player) so have you used the menu before in garrys mod? (if they have i would explain how it works anyways just to make sure] So i would tell them to type !menu and if they want they could use a bind. i would then explain how all the commands work in the menu then move on to warn i would tell them to type !warn (player] <-- another admin that is that is in on training this mod. and then type !warn [player] test. then explain how to remove the warnings and explain how the rules work that you can only remove your own warnings and so on.<-- this is the best i can do as far as explaining <.> i would probably tell them to go on teamspeak to explain

Hello (player) it turns out i was the one that banned you so i'll take care of this after reading through your appeal and since this is your first ban and i see clearly you are really sorry and you put alot of effort into this i will accept your appeal


I have decided you will get unbanned but i would recommend you read the rules carefully! and don't do something that's against the rules again

cause i have great activity on the server andi feel like i could do more with more commands and help the community out more i'll be as active as possible and i promise to do good if you give me the chance i love the community alot although i joined rcently its easily my favorite community.
